抽沙船：抽沙泵出口压力过小的原因及解决方法 抽沙泵出口有压力但是压力小于正常值范围时，我们应该检查一下是否有以下几个原因：
1、抽沙泵长期没有运行，使得叶轮、密封部位粘结，造成电机堵转；开机前应盘动沙泵，确认转动灵活再启动。
2、抽沙泵本身缺陷，盘动时候出现死点，此事时应解体检查沙泵的零部件是否有损坏情况，并及时更换损坏零件。
1、管路泻压，可能为管路的某个部位有泄露造成泻压，从而使系统压力减小；可以关闭吸沙泵出口阀门，检查压力情况。
2、缺水，管道内水源不足也是压力不足原因之一，多是由于吸沙泵施工环境中有垃圾或杂草淤堵管路进口，此时开机后能听到水泵噪音很大，逐渐关闭出口阀门这种声音会逐渐减小。清理吸沙泵过滤网上的淤堵并提高工况水位。
