挖沙船的油缸在安装密封圈时该注意的要点
安装密封圈密封能够防止挖沙船的油缸出现漏油的情况，不过在安装密封圈的时候我们要注意一些问题。
1.在安装密封圈之前要检查密封圈的质量是否合格，尤其是唇口的位置，不能够出现有损伤、缺陷。检查完质量之后还要检查密封圈的尺寸是否符合该油缸的尺寸。
2.在安装唇形圈的位置时，例如缸筒和活塞杆的端部，要把它倒成15到30度的倒角，这样能够避免在安装的时候对唇形圈的唇部造成损伤。
3.在安装唇形圈的过程中，如果要经过退刀槽或者螺纹表面的话，最好是在要经过的位置套上专用的套筒。或者在设计的过程中，让螺纹以及退刀槽的直径比唇形圈的内径小。
6.在安装时，尽量减少拉伸度过大，避免塑性发生变形。如果安装的场合气温较低的话，可以把唇形圈放置到60℃左右的热油中加热，但是不能够超出唇形倒的使用温度。

7.如果工作的压力大于20MPa时，除了要复合唇形圈之外，还要添加挡圈，以免唇形圈被挤出。挡圈最好是装在唇形圈的根部一旁，当随着唇形圈王缸筒里面装入的时候，为了避免挡圈的斜切口被切断，在放入槽沟之后，要使用润滑脂把斜切口粘接固定好再装进去。
